A 3D film to understand one person's jaw scans

The full story

The poster has a jaw that catches when opening and a chin that sits 4 mm to the left. They had the reports and scans but could not picture them, so they turned their own CBCT scan into a 3D skull, with open anatomy models fitted for the muscles, ear tube and neck.

Every scene was built in three.js and rendered with HyperFrames, all written by Claude Code, with the poster directing and reviewing clip by clip. It was rendered in several formats, including a Spanish version for their doctor. Their jaw specialist said she nearly cried and asked to share it with patients. The poster notes it is not medical advice.

What this is. Real projects where people used Claude to build, fix, port, revive or take apart something, from jailbroken Kindles to rebuilt DOS games, plus the times it went badly wrong. Every build links to where it was shared, and every source is listed here.

How far to trust it. We summarise what people reported and say what each build rests on: a full write-up with code, a short post, or a passing comment. We haven't tested them ourselves. Photos are shown from the original sources with credit. Only modify hardware you own, and back up first.

Searches are counted anonymously (just the words) to show what's popular, and so are clicks on Ask Claude (just the count). The Claude connector only receives the search words your Claude sends it.
