The full story
Clawd & Clanky is a 3D platformer built in C with the homebrew GameCube toolchain and run on a real console from an SD card, with builds tested in the Dolphin emulator. Claude Code writes the game code, builds levels checked against a simulation of the game's physics, writes Houdini scripts for the 3D art and composes the music as code, within the console's limits of roughly 150k vertices a frame and 24 MB of RAM.
The poster playtests every build and files tickets; Claude even built the ticket tool. Level 2 went through about 40 tickets. It is a work in progress.
