The full story
A browser-based singing practice tool that listens as you sing and shows in real time whether you are on the note or drifting sharp or flat. It has around 30 exercises, an adjustable starting pitch to suit your range and a vibrato analyser that breaks down rate, depth and consistency.
The maker, a software engineer and hobbyist singer, built it in about two days entirely by speaking to Claude Code. Claude handled the Web Audio API, the pitch detection, the interface and research into vocal teaching, which shaped the list of exercises.
