The full story
An unofficial patch for ClashMac 27.1.8, a proxy app for Apple silicon Macs. After a subscription update, a forced reload could shut down the proxy listener while the app still said it was running. The fix was worked out with REA and is backed by offline regression tests; one user has confirmed it works, and the README is careful not to claim more.
