The founder of Eventship, a platform for building in-person communities around events, was told a rebuild would take four or five engineers about six months. He did it alone in five weeks with Claude Code. His tips: write good documentation of what you want, keep each session focused on one area, and ask Claude to write a plan and tests before code.
