A Hot Wheels alphabet shelf scripted by Claude Code in Fusion 360
Claude Code scripted Fusion 360 to generate all 26 letters of a Hot Wheels display shelf instead of modelling each by hand.
The full story
A personalised name display for a nephew's birthday, where each letter is a shelf sized for 1:64 scale diecast cars, with a tyre-tread pattern on the outer walls. Rather than model all 26 letters by hand in Fusion 360, the maker used Claude Code to script and automate generating them inside Fusion.
The letters were printed in black PETG, each shelf holds at least one car, and the maker was happy with the test print.
