The full story
A Lenovo photo frame had nearly become e-waste when the maker's app support was discontinued. It had been rooted and given stock Android and Footo, but it began throwing Google Play services crash errors and dropping off Wi-Fi.
The owner connected it to a laptop by USB and told Claude what it was. Claude checked the logs, found the Play Store stuck in a crash loop after services had been disabled in April, and wrote a script to keep them enabled. It also wrote a second script to bounce the Wi-Fi chip when it went down.
