The full story
Mars Interloper is a browser-based 3D exploration game set on Mars. It uses real terrain data from NASA's Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter (MOLA) and star positions from ESA's Hipparcos catalogue. It was built with Claude in a 24-hour hackathon inspired by Pieter Levels, using Three.js.
