A Home Assistant owner used Claude Code to write an automation spread over several YAML files that watches a heat pump, the ventilation system, which windows are open and the weather forecast, then sends notifications and takes action to keep the house cool. They say it is well beyond what they could write themselves, and asked the forum about running Claude Code directly on their HA Yellow.
