A Plinko-style bottle opener with IR sensors and sound
A sports-themed Plinko bottle opener where caps land in bins that trigger sounds and lights, with Claude helping with the Arduino code.
The full story
Inspired by a short clip with no build details, the maker built a Plinko-style bottle opener. Caps bounce through pegs into one of four bins, each watched by an IR break beam on an Arduino Nano, which plays one of over 20 sports-themed sound tracks through an MP3 controller and spins red LEDs via a relay.
The maker says that without Claude helping with the programming they would probably still be staring at code.
