The full story
Reviewing their subscriptions, a software engineer decided $15 a month for a workout app was too much and challenged themselves to build a roughly equivalent one in an afternoon. Claude Code wrote a detailed spec of features common to workout apps, Lovable built the first version from it, and then they refined it. The result is StrengthQuest.
