A programming language built with Claude Code

A new programming language designed and implemented with Claude Code.
The full story
Over four weeks in early 2026, Ankur Sethi built a new programming language, Cutlet (named after his cat), with Claude Code. He let Claude write every line and didn't read the code. Instead he built guardrails, such as tests and checks, to make sure it worked. The blog post explains that approach, and the source, build instructions and examples are on GitHub. The Hacker News post got 135 points.
