The full story
The Space Project is a self-running space-economy simulation in Rust and the Bevy engine, built with Claude. Nothing is scripted: a few hundred autonomous ships each run their own logic, trading, mining, hauling cargo, taking contracts and sometimes running out of fuel, and an economy emerges. It was shared on Hacker News, where it got 110 points.
