The full story
The poster's teenage daughter wakes almost two hours before school but still rushes, because she cannot tell how long each task will take. Planning on paper lasted two days, so they built an iOS app with Claude over four days.
The app reuses yesterday's tasks, sets a phone alarm for each task, works backwards from leaving time to give a wake-up time, and adds buffer between tasks. After a week on TestFlight the poster says her mornings are calmer and she can wake 20 minutes later. It was in App Store review at the time.
