Inselkampf was a slow-burn browser strategy game where you logged in a few times a day to build, upgrade and spy on other islands. After several attempts over the years, the author finally rebuilt the idea as Inselnova, a free multiplayer browser game where you build your island, command fleets, trade and conquer. It has a "shuttering" mode giving up to 21 days of protection for breaks.
