With nothing available for Home Assistant, the poster mapped out the API for Delta VoiceIQ V2 smart faucets and built a complete integration "using Claude and a countless number of hours". It gives on/off control, metered dispensing, water usage tracking and an animated card.
Along the way he found Delta runs two separate auth systems, and the VoiceIQ one issues roughly 60-day tokens with no refresh token, so he built a browser-based page to handle token refresh.
