The full story
Discrete6502 rebuilds the MOS 6502, the chip behind the Apple II, Commodore 64, NES and BBC Micro, from 4,051 individual surface-mount transistors laid out like the original die, and it runs programs. Inspired by the larger MonsterCPU, the author aimed to keep it "reasonable". At posting, the board files had passed JLCPCB's checks with one button left to press before ordering.
