The full story
Fast View 5 is a Windows tool from the Russian company Mekhanotronika for analysing waveform recordings and characteristics from its relay-protection terminals, used in electrical substations. This project is a clean-room Rust reconstruction that runs on Linux, Windows and macOS. Its goal is identical behaviour to the original, proven against the decompiled code rather than copied from screenshots.
