The full story
The Govee H60A4 ceiling light has a white panel with a separate RGB ring. The Govee app can light the ring on its own, but Home Assistant's local and Matter integrations treat the lamp as one light. This custom integration, built after finding the protocol with REA, adds a separate ring light that's controlled entirely locally. It's only tested on the H60A4.
