The full story
Kings vs Queens is an 8x8 logic puzzle where you place eight queens and two kings under strict rules, with a hint system that walks through each deduction. The whole game is one self-contained HTML file built through Claude.ai chat sessions, with no IDE, terminal or build tools.
The loop was: Claude writes the code, the maker downloads the file, playtests it on their phone, screenshots anything that feels wrong and pastes it back into the chat. They found that quick, visual loop shaped the game's design as well as the code.
