The full story
This proof of concept rebuilds the core of Apple's Calendar app as a separate SwiftUI app, using behaviour and visual details gathered with REA. It has month, week, day and year views, event editing, all-day events, coloured calendars, search and local storage. It contains no Apple code or assets and never touches your real calendars. A universal download for macOS 14 or later is available.
