The full story
Rhun is a small, fast code editor for Linux, Windows and Apple silicon Macs, written in assembly. It has tabs, syntax highlighting, fuzzy search, a Vim mode, a built-in terminal, Git diffs and a panel for Claude Code or Codex sessions. The editor and its pixel renderer share an x86-64 assembly core.
