The full story
Spectral Sun is a desert world to wander and explore, built with three.js and WebGL. The first versions Claude produced were impressive but shallow, so the maker kept pushing for more: real Rayleigh scattering, clouds, wind, echoes in the ruins, a real star catalogue showing the constellations as seen from about 100 light-years towards Orion, two suns, eye adaptation, lightning, dust storms and sand that flows like granular matter.
Claude Code with Opus 5.5 handled the code, tests, rendering and sound mixing, run as several parallel sessions with one acting as orchestrator. Visual references came from an image model and 3D models from Meshy. What has been shown so far is an in-engine cinematic.
