universal-modder is a set of skills, tools and a shared knowledge base that let an AI coding agent such as Claude Code mod almost any PC game you own. The agent finds the game, works out its engine and the best route in, reads the real code, builds the mod, and makes art, 3D and sound through fal's MCP. It then tests the mod in the running game, records a showcase video and writes down what it learned for the next agent. It has over 9,000 GitHub stars.
