RE:Notepad is Windows 10's Notepad, reverse engineered with Ghidra through REA and rebuilt in Rust with Windows 11's looks. It's dark by default, with no Copilot, Bing button, sign-in or telemetry: just text editing, the way Notepad used to be. The README explains how to make it your default editor.
